We had the privilege of designing a custom showcase website for Régie Générale de Lyon, a real estate agency specializing in management, rentals, sales, and condominium syndication in Lyon. Discover the site we created for them, highlighting their services and properties for sale or rent.
SHOWCASE EXPERIENCE
The Régie Générale de Lyon (RGL) has expressed the desire to overhaul their website, opting for a cleaner and more modern version, while remaining practical (and fully manageable) by their sales team.
We presented them with a much more modern artistic direction, featuring classic yet sleek typography with bright visuals.
A website focused on the user experience
The central element of the website is based on a clever navigation bar that allows for optimal filtering of user requests. This approach aims to provide an intuitive user experience while offering a contemporary aesthetic to the platform.
A solution that works very well on both desktop and mobile.
Clear product sheets
All product sheets, whether for goods for sale or for rent, have been carefully optimized. These sheets are designed to highlight crucial information such as the price, the area in square meters, the location on a map, 3D virtual tours, energy ratings, as well as details on the charges.
For practicality, all the sheets have been specifically optimized to allow the sales team members to print them in-house. This approach aims to facilitate the process of presenting properties to clients by providing them with clear and relevant information.
Responsive design
The website was also designed to provide a detailed presentation of the management as well as its parallel activities. The focus was on an optimal user experience, with a fully responsive design.
